When two house-loving synth nerds, James Gray and Jordie Shier, decided to rent an apartment together, Garden City Disco was the result. Having met in the University of Victoria Computer Music program in 2013, the duo began producing melodic dance music featuring an array of beat machines, modular synthesizers and old-school FM keyboards.
